ASSISTANT ADMINISTRATIVE
We are looking for an organized and dynamic Administrative Assistant to support the operational and management team. Our client is a prestigious company operating in the Civil Construction sector. The professional will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency of administrative and logistical processes, contributing to the progress of civil construction projects.
MAIN DUTIES:
- Document Management;
- Organize and file contracts, control spreadsheets and work reports;
- Assist in the preparation of spreadsheets (Excel) for controlling materials and costs;
- Receive clients and suppliers, answering phones and emails;
- Support communication between field teams, the office and clients;
- Provide operational support in controlling the entry and exit of materials in stock;
- Assist in scheduling meetings and technical visits;
- Release invoices and issue simple expense reports.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: High school diploma (Technical degree in Administration or related fields is a plus).
- Previous experience in administrative roles (experience in construction will be valued).
- Full understanding about tendering procedures and documents preparation.
- Fluent in English.
