Job Summary

To coordinate, plan & deliver day-to-day team tasks & activities for Card Operations in order to execute technical services accurately & timeously in support of org. policy compliance through the execution of predefined objectives as per agreed SOPs.

Job Description

Develops and implements Operational strategies drive business growth and meet business target;
Analyze and provide recommendations to address all systems improvements and fix income leaks.
Interact will Card system vendors on regular basis for service improvement.
Monitor all card productions related issues.
Monitor all Cards settlements, Frauds and complaints.
Participate in the review and recommendation of card operations systems and procedures and co-ordinating system conversions from an operations perspective.
Drive end-to-end product Operations management lifecycle.
Perform analysis and provide data-informed input into the product road map.
Write clear, concise and comprehensive functional requirements, and coordinate project management and implementation activities.
Contribute product expertise and collaborate effectively with other Cards Managers as well as key stakeholders in Business, Technology and Operations.
Keep Head of Cards and other stakeholders well-informed of project progress, issues and risks.
Consistently drive towards achieving key performance indicators and targets.
