Job Summary
To plan, manage and monitor the implementation of Cards operations related activities and processes in order to deliver on approved operational plans in an effective and efficient manner.
Job Description
- Develops and implements Operational strategies ,drive business growth and meet business target;
- Analyze and provide recommendations to address all systems improvements and fix income leaks.
- Conducts regular review on market trend and studies competitor activities to identify opportunities to allow the improvement of our Cards systems.
- Initiates product ideas and ongoing features/benefits tailored for each target segment
- Participate in the review and recommendation of card operations systems and procedures and co-ordinating system conversions from an operations perspective.
- Develop strong differentiating CVP for credit card products, informed by business intelligence
- Drive end-to-end product Operations management lifecycle.
- Perform analysis and provide data-informed input into the product road map.
- Write clear and concise and comprehensive functional requirements, and coordinate project management and implementation activities.
- Contribute on product expertise and collaborate effectively with other Cards Managers as well as key stakeholders in Business, Technology and Operations.
- Keep Head of Unit and other stakeholders well-informed of project progress, issues and risks.
- Consistently drive towards achieving key performance indicators and targets.
Education
Bachelor`s Degrees and Advanced Diplomas: Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required)
