Job Summary

Merchant Support Center- support merchant and monitoring transaction. Insure increase Turnover, Income and reduce Inactive terminals.

Job Description

• Transactions Monitoring;
• Ensuring monthly targets .
• Ensure monthly activation in the region.
• Ensuring merchants' satisfaction and always proposing solutions to customers.
• Make visits to merchants.
• Analysis of new onboarding submitted processes;
• Preparation and submission of new processes for analysis.
• Payment control of supplier invoices .
• Merchant Complaints management.
