Responsibilities
- Answer any questions potential customers might have;
- Record transactions and stock levels;
- Process customers’ payments;
- Generate reports that outline customers’ interests;
- Staying up to date with product or service features.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Finance or similar;
- 2+ years of experience with administrative activities, sales and customer service;
- Strong understanding of financial products and services;
- Good communication skills.
