The Pricision Recruitment International is recruiting a Branch Manager.
Responsibilities
- Formulate the branch strategy, ensuring revenue and profit growth in accordance with the strategy defined by the company;
- Set performance goals and expectations;
- Supervise and lead our branch’s commercial activities and all operational activities of freight forwarders;
- Responsible for the training and leading of the team and ensuring high capacity to meet the established goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field;
- 5+ years of Freight Forwarding experience at managerial level;
- Strong Sales and Marketing strategies;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in written and spoken Portuguese and English;
- Attentive to details and able to bring outside the box solutions.
