Short Description/ Purpose of Job
To ensure delivery as per commissioning execution and start-up plan through close cooperation with the engineering, project management and operations teams.
Recruitment Description/ Key Accountabilities
Influences engineering reviews to ensure installed assets are safe to operate and maintain and also ensuring design supports commissioning needs
Contributes to the training of operations team from training manual development to competency assessments
Assists operations team in execution of commissioning activities with a day to day focus
Ensures delivery as per Commissioning execution plan
Perform informal QA/QC checks
Coaches young operators/artisans
Report commissioning related deviations proactively
Supports the Commissioning Manager
Assists with troubleshooting during start up activities

10+ years chemical plant commissioning execution and start-up experience
