To provide specialist advice and support in area of specialisation enabling the effective implementation of risk frameworks.
Job Description
Ensure that principle processes, procedures and other controls to be applied by the Absa Bank Mozambique in respect to technology and cy risks are defined, in line with applicable regulatory requirements, Policy & Standards and industry standards
The job holder will be responsible for:
- Regularly monitor the governance and enforcement of IT and Cyber Policies, Standards and Processes;
- Ensuring the application and testing of controls across the environment that will address the Bank’s Technology Risk
- Responsible to assist in the development of a mature and risk aware culture and framework in relation to the management of the information technology environment
- Assist in bridging the gap between Business and Technology teams by understanding how to communicate technology needs (i.e. technology risk management and governance) to business stakeholders
- Facilitate resolution and/or escalation of issues to Management
