Job Summary
Identifying and designing business processes for automation and analyze, implement, and update processes to ensure company goals are met.
Job Description
- Setting up, testing and monitoring automated workflows ;
- create user-defined functions and automation processes ;
- Optimization of processes using RPA systems;
- Reviewing code to ensure best practices are in place;
- Analyze complex data to develop automated reporting with VBA and Excel;
- Develop VBA programs to perform tasks automatically;
- Analyze the effectiveness of current process in order to develop strategies to improve workflow effectiveness;
- Ensure full integration of all process and linkage to best practices;
- Provide technical and analytical support on various process strategies.
Education
National Diplomas and Advanced Certificates: Financial Sciences (Required)
