Candidate profile
Requirements to apply for this program are as per below :
• Higher education - Degree in Engineering, Commercial, or Finance;
• Be a recent graduate with less than 1 year of professional experience;
• Have Mozambican nationality;
• Availability to work outside the country;
• Being fluent in English and / or French is a fundamental requirement;
• Be innovative, flexible, adaptable to different environments and cultures, open mind, and competitive spirit.
