- Job Description (General)
- Vehicle Maintenance and care;
- Ensuring that vehicle is well maintained and kept clean at all times.
- Ensuring that fuel slips are signed and forward to service administrator.
- Ensuring that a detailed log book is kept of mileage.
- Adhering to policies and procedures.
- Ensure collection of staffs to work and to their various Bus terminals
- Vehicle Maintenance and care;
- Ensure conformance to safety standards of the customer and the Epiroc
- Ensure cleanliness and protection of company asset at all time
- Adhere to Epiroc Company Rules and regulations
- Be part of the safety programme and good housekeeping
- Time keeping as per company rules and regulations
- Expected to assist in other areas/divisions in the company when needed
- Practice and adhere to Mine drug and alcohol free policy
- Reporting on timely manner all accidents and damages on the company vehicles to the service administrator.
- Deliveries / collections / returns;
- Ensuring that all deliveries are done according instructions.
- Ensuring that all employees are collected to work and return
- Ensuring that all delivery notes are signed and returned to office for processing.
- Collecting of stocks from customer and returning to office for processing.
- Assisting with stock take;
- Assisting with stock taking. i.e. counting of stock at branch.
Required Skills and Capabilities
- Assisting with stock taking. i.e. counting of stock at branch.
- Deliveries / collections / returns;
- Good customer relationship and driving ability (minimum code 10)
- Willing to work extra hours.
Educational Qualifications : Minimum Grade 12 and 5 years’ experience for the same role
Code 10 driver’s license and PDP
Accountability (Main performance evaluation factors for job) - Customer satisfaction, Good interpersonal and customer relationships.
- Vehicle maintenance according to policies and procedures.
