 Main Responsibilities Or Functions Of Job (describe Major Responsibilities)

• Ensure distribution of Tools in a proper manner
• Ensure records of all tools issued to staffs are kept on timely manner
• Ensure all tools are cleaned and arrange in their racks or Boxes.
• Ensure good housekeeping at the tools room at all times
• Perform a number of daily cleaning duties which include:
  
  
  • • Sweeping, mopping and vacuuming of floors
    • Dusting furniture and equipment
    • Empting bins
    • Tidying office space (cupboards, refrigerator, countertops, and other appliances), and bathroom facilities.
    • Cleaning glass windows/panes, walls and doors
      

• Practice and adhere to Mine drug and alcohol free policy
• To participate and assure a high standard of work at all time
• Ensure conformance to safety standards of the customer and Epiroc
• Ensure cleanliness and protection of company asset at all time
• Be part of the safety programme and good housekeeping
• Time keeping as per company rules and regulations
• Expected to assist in other areas/divisions in the company when needed

• Highly motivated and able to work independently.
• Must be able to schedule and prioritize work for self.
• Ability to comprehend and communicate detailed instructions orally and in writing.
• Ability to multi-task and establish priorities.
• Exhibit initiative, responsibility, and flexibility.
• Be able to work on shifts
• Be presentable to customers in grooming and dress code
• Strong communication and problem solving skills.
  
  

Educational Qualifications : Grade 12 educational certificate or knowledge required through experience in the relevant field
