We are looking for a highly organized Administrator & Receptionist with great attention to detail to work for our client in Pemba.
Hours - Monday to Friday plus alternate Saturdays
General Office Admin.
- Making sure all office compliance documentation, licenses, and certificates are up to date in the due diligence file.
- Making sure the office helpers perform their duties which are;
- Cleanliness
- Attending Guests/Clients/Suppliers.
- Management of the pantry/store.
- Making sure the office has enough stationery for daily operations
- Making sure that the office has the required inventory.
- Making sure that the office appliances are working accordingly.
- Provide any other required assistance
- Regular management of contractors for office supplies. i.e waste disposal, water supply, stationery, food.
- Improve and maintain the record-keeping system.
- Managing the runners, making sure that they carry out their tasks as per requests.
- Answering and directing calls in a professional manner

Desired skills & experience:-
- 2 years work experience in a similar role
- Fluent in English
- Ability to work effectively with different cultures.
- Record Management
- Strong communication and administration skills.
- Self-motivation, leadership, and management skills
- Ability to use electronic platforms i.e. emails, Microsoft Office.
- Proven record of thriving to excellence.
Local: Pemba
