Job Opportunity: Business Development Coordinators** 🌍
Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for driving growth? We are seeking Business Development Coordinators for a leading client in Maputo, Johannesburg, and Nairobi to join the team and shape company's future. As a key player, you'll identify new opportunities, nurture relationships, and boost revenue.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute business strategies aligned with company goals.
- Conduct market research to spot trends and opportunities.
- Network to pursue new business leads.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Drive revenue growth through client acquisition and expansion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Communicate progress and forecasts to senior management.
**Required Profile:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications and Public Relations, Sales or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development.
- Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
