- Coordinate recruiting processes by working with project recruiters, C&P and third-party vendors
- Manage network through industry contacts, association memberships and trade groups to access top talent in the LNG industry.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of recruitment strategies, processes and systems to support large-scale global recruiting for both employees and direct contractors
- Manage recruiting events to brand Total as an employer of choice and increase visibility of the MozLNG
- Serves as back-up support for the Talent Acquisition Lead on recruitment matters
- Liaise with other HR functions to help ensure talent acquisition processes are carried out effectively and efficiently.
- Develop protocols to track, report and communicate recruiting metrics to monitor the efficiency and time span to fill positions.
- Identify issues affecting recruitment and implementing recruitment activities to continuously improve process.
- Ensure compliance with the Tepma1 Internal Recruitment Policy
- Acquire basic HSE awareness by knowing the One-MAESTRO framework, the TEPMA1 HSE & biodiversity policies, and the 12 Golden Rules
- Comply with mandatory HSE trainings (HSE Induction and the e-learnings One MAESTRO for All, Safety Culture & Golden Rules)
- Prepare and present safety moments whenever required (at the beginning of meetings)
- Use of the Stop Card whenever required in order to prevent any accident or incident
- Carry out safety visits in the place of work
- Propose an HSE improvement action for the entity
- Identify and report all anomalies in the workplace and making proposal for correction
Context and environment
- This position works with different stakeholders, candidates, agencies, hiring managers, government institutions, in order to fulfill recruitment deadlines;
- This position works with external stakeholders in order to develop partnerships to promote recruiting events;
- This position requires strong interpersonal skills for the Coordination of the various activities.
Candidate profile
- Relevant University Degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences, or any related field.
- A minimum of 6 years of experience as a generalist Human Resources, onboarding, or recruitment.
- Proficient computer skills with applications such as MS Office Suite and ability learn new systems such as Applicant Tracking Systems and Job Boards and Resume database.
- Prior onboarding experience strongly preferred; experience in facilitation and/or training preferred
- Oil and gas industry experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the recruiting process.
- Demonstrate the ability to act decisively.
- Detail Oriented
- Good time management skills.
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
- Solid decision-making abilities.
- Fluent in both Portuguese and English
