Job Summary

To develop, produce and deliver regular and ad hoc Management Information to aid the Channels Business Unit decision making.

Job Description

  • Assist the Channels Team with the production and on-going maintenance of detailed, accurate and consistent reporting, including management accounts, month end financial results, monthly key performance indicators and capacity reporting;
  • Extract, interrogate and analyse data to support business decision making;
  • Assist in regular working capital valuation reviews - in particular preparation, distribution and consolidation of the relevant data;
  • Assist with the business planning and budgeting process, including the delivery of appropriate consolidation models and related documentation;
  • Assist Financial Controllers through Excel modelling, consolidation and creation of regular reports on balance sheet and cash flow;
  • Create new reporting models which combine and summarise data from multiple sources using Excel and other reporting tools;
  • Provide interpretation and guidance for users of information to add value to decision making;
  • Business support with database maintenance;
  • Ensure the accuracy of information and on-time deliveries;
  • Support in the implementation of key projects;
  • Action the granular tasks required to implement or remediate errors or omissions of the Data Policy and Standards adherence in the team;
  • Confirm that the core data elements are embedded and implemented as a BAU process;
  • Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners with regards to Channels Data;
  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner;
  • Support with Forums Management.
