Job Description
Purpose of the position:
The Nampula Health System Strengthening (HSS) Project Coordinators will be responsible for providing technical assistance and capacity building across the building blocks of the health system and enhance the utilization of data for decision-making and apply adaptive management at the Primary Health Care (PHC) and community level to continually strengthen accountability, systems and service delivery. The major end result is to guarantee that all activities of the project achieve great impact at community and Health facility level. The key areas for this position are the following: Supervision, Training, planning and provide support to the field teams.
Qualifications: Education/Knowledge/Technical Skills and Experience
Minimum Qualification Required
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree in a field related to Project Management or related areas or a large experience proved
Experience
- Experience in supervision and management of multiple tasks
- At least 3 year of experience in project management
Preferred
- Ability to supervise different staff and community leaders as well as partners. Using inclusive and participative methods
- Proven excellent communication skills (written and oral) required in Portuguese and English.
Technical Skills & Abilities
- Excellent computer, data capture and basic analysis skills. Knowledge of Microsoft
Windows, Excel.
- Ability to work in the field in hard conditions
- Ability to prepare and edit high quality reports
