- Overseeing cargo transportation chain operations in Mozambique for Mozambique project.
- Coordinating Contractors and transport providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments.
- Works with Contractors assist with domestic and international shipments, with regard given to shipping transit time and associated costs.
- Support the quality system by creating and maintaining, procedures, and records, as applicable.
- Liaising with other Departments, Affiliate and Suppliers overseas to ensure the property equipment is supplied.
- Monitor the performance of contractors to ensure compliance and alignment with Company requirements and contractual obligations.
- Produce weekly activity report (cargo, air, road, and more)
- Acquire basic HSE awareness by knowing the One-MAESTRO framework, the TEPMA1 HSE & biodiversity policies, and the 12 Golden Rules.
- Comply with mandatory HSE trainings (HSE Induction and the e-learnings One MAESTRO etc.)
Context and environment
- Capacity to perform your duties diligently, particularly during stressful period.
- Supports the HSE policy and complies with all regulatory and internal requirements.
- Build good relationship with Government Institutions involved in the customs formality’s requirements
Candidate profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in business or other relevant fields and p rofessional certification;
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Oil & Gas and 7 years’ experience and good knowledge of Customs;
- More than 3 years’ experience in coordination role in Logistics and Freight Forwarding;
- Good skills in Microsoft Office programs (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel);
- Driver’s license and 5 years+ driving experience;
- Fluent in both Portuguese and English;
- Team player, Proactive, excellent communication skills;
