Sponsorship Services Division Officer

Reporting directly to: SSD Manager

Location: Urene, Inhambane Province.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Child Sponsorship Program
  • Operating Child Management System (CIF, APR, ACL, GML, Drop-out)
  • Monitoring sponsored child (Home visiting, Interviewing, Counseling, Delivering GML)
  • Supporting CDP operation
  • Responsible for qualified tasks instructed by the employer

Qualifications

  • University degree in social sciences or related fields is highly preferred.
  • Fluency in English, Portuguese, and the local language (both spoken and written)

PERSON SPECIFICATION

ESSENTIAL

Experience Required:

  • Minimum of 01 (one) year of professional experience in the program area of ​​the child
  • Knowledge and understanding of working with the child is an advantage
  • Innovative, and creative thinking and mentality in problem solving
  • Age Between 18 to 35 years old

Any Other Special Requirements:

  • Knowledge of computer skills: Microsoft Excel, Word, Power-point presentation
