Sponsorship Services Division Officer
Reporting directly to: SSD Manager
Location: Urene, Inhambane Province.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for Child Sponsorship Program
- Operating Child Management System (CIF, APR, ACL, GML, Drop-out)
- Monitoring sponsored child (Home visiting, Interviewing, Counseling, Delivering GML)
- Supporting CDP operation
- Responsible for qualified tasks instructed by the employer
Qualifications
- University degree in social sciences or related fields is highly preferred.
- Fluency in English, Portuguese, and the local language (both spoken and written)
PERSON SPECIFICATION
ESSENTIAL
Experience Required:
- Minimum of 01 (one) year of professional experience in the program area of the child
- Knowledge and understanding of working with the child is an advantage
- Innovative, and creative thinking and mentality in problem solving
- Age Between 18 to 35 years old
Any Other Special Requirements:
- Knowledge of computer skills: Microsoft Excel, Word, Power-point presentation
