- In charge, under the supervision of the Senior Financial Analyst, of the reporting for the whole Project perimeter (11 entities, Operated)
- Ensure that the monthly reporting, the Budget and forecasts (PDC) are prepared in an accurate and timely manner in accordance with the Group rules and standards
- Issue regular reporting and presentation to relevant Managers
- Perform variance analysis of Income Statement, Balance Sheet & Cash Flow Statement
- Contribute to the Comperf presentations (notably KPI and comments) prepared for a thorough understanding and to help decision making by managers
- Co-operate with LTP team to ensure understanding of figures and accounting treatment
- Perform, evidence and document all assigned SOX controls
- Assist Accounting during external auditors quarterly/annual audit
- Contribution to the financing forecast (Fiche de financement).
- Methods meeting participation and contribution.
- CAP/Galaxy reconciliation (quarterly) and annual reporting (ASC/NASC).
Context and environment
- Context of the Mozambique LNG Project: likely to evolve with additional entities
- Strong cooperation with assets managers and with HQ E&P Finance (notably GGG representative and Methods)
- Position exposed to and dependent on international multi-cultural interpersonal relationships
Candidate profile
- Business school or M aster's degree in accounting / Finance.
- At least 3 years’ experience in Reporting and/or Accounting/Finance
- Used to work under pressure and with sharp deadlines
- Excellent analytical skills, proactivity and high autonomy are essential
- SAP knowledge and reporting tools, excel advanced.
