The Precision Recruitment International is hiring a Senior Financial Analyst, for Tete.
Responsibilities
- Lead the process of designing and implementation of a robust database;
- Lead, coordinate the work of MERL staff across the entirety of the project portfolio;
- Conduct staff performance, as well as dedicating time to serve as a mentor for the junior staff;
- Actively contribute to the design of new projects and programmes;
- Oversee the design, rollout and maintenance of different components of the organisational MERL system;
- Lead analytical work relating to the synthesis of research/evaluation findings.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a field related to International Development, Financial Management or relevant;
- 4+ years of proven experience in Monitoring and Evaluation of Development Projects;
- Extensive knowledge in proposal design as well as the development of specific MERL-related components;
- Strong knowledge of various approaches to data visualisation and their practical application for organisational communications and learning;
- Organisational, leadership and team management skills with a track record of mentoring junior colleagues on the design and rollout of MERL systems;
- Exceptional communication skills with fluency (written and spoken) in both English and Portuguese.
