Responsibilities
- Manage information technology, computer and telecommunication systems;
- Plan, organise, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations;
- Manage IT staff by recruiting, training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance;
- Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems;
- Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time;
- Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;
- 7+ years of experience as an IT Manager in the telecommunications sector;
- Solid computer skills and maintenance of networking systems;
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Portuguese.
