Responsibilities
- Respond to the clients’ enquiries or queries and address any problems raised to ensure that service levels are kept to the required levels;
- Build and maintain relationships with new and current clients;
- Assist the country manager in the composition of action plans designed to maximise strengths and opportunities;
- Continually evaluate the efficiency of all operational procedures;
- Ensure compliance with the requirements of the quality management system.
Requirements
- National Senior Certificate with FIATA Diploma or relevant freight forwarding qualification;
- 8+ years of freight forwarding experience (3 of them at managerial level);
- Strong understanding of Mozambique Customs clearance and delivery processes;
- Knowledge of Transit cargo and Shipshape systems;
- Good communication and problem solving skills with fluency in written and spoken Portuguese and English.
