Descrição

Under supervision of the Information Management (IM) Admin Assistant, the Receptionist serves as one of the Embassy’s telephone operators. Incumbent provides receptionists services that includes greeting and assisting visitors, receiving, and transferring incoming calls, assisting with long distance calls, providing and updating Embassy’s mission directory, and performing clerical duties. When warranted, incumbent will assist with answering IMO Help Desk calls and entering myService tickets.

Requisitos

• At minimum one year of relevant telephone operator or receptionist experience is required.
• Completion of secondary school is required.

LANGUAGE

• Level III (Good Working Knowledge) speaking, reading, writing English is required. This may be tested.
• Level III (Good Working Knowledge) speaking, reading, writing Portuguese is required. This may be tested.
• High degree of proficiency in both the written and spoken language, including the ability to translate is required. On occasion, the jobholder may need to act as an interpreter.
