Profile Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Front Office management
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in management of Housekeeping department
- Pre-opening experience required. (Banyan Tree Ilha Caldeira due to open Q2 2022 and Banyan Tree Veya Ilha Nejovo due to open Q4 2022)
- Remote Island experience required.
- Prepared to move on single status.
- Hands-on approach. Must be part of the work schedule and not merely manage/supervise.
- Extensive experience as a trainer
- Exceptional people skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good command of the English language compulsory. Working knowledge of other languages will be considered a plus.
- Prepared to join in January 2022.
- The candidate must be prepared for a minimum tenure of 3 years with Banyan Tree Mozambique.
