Overview

Functions:
- Provide Excellent Customer Care.
- Review Customer Complaints and Take Appropriate Action.
- Serve as Liaison Between Management and Customer Support Team.
- Document all Customer Interactions.
- Create and Present Weekly Reports to Management.
- Train New Call Center Employees.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role.
- Experience using help desk software and remote support tools.
- Multi-tasking abilities.
- Information Technology or relevant diploma.
