Main Responsibilities Or Functions Of Job
- Opening, booking and controlling of parts for jobs
- Ensure punching of labour hours on monthly basis
- Controlling of out work (repairs, service exchange, etc)
- Submit daily, weekly and monthly performance KPI report to the contract Manager
- Record keeping of component life expectancies
- Record keeping of breakdown assessment
- Ensure work procedures are in accordance with the ISO requirements
- Cleanliness of the Administrative office and storage area / Good housekeeping
- Enforce Epiroc policies and guidelines as described in “The Epiroc Way”
- Single point of contact between the customer and Epiroc in relation to parts request and orders
- Filling and organise all administrative documents in proper manner for auditing.
- Time keeping as part of company rules and regulations
- Maintain good morale under all employees.
- Attend incoming internal and external customer inquiries for Epiroc – both in terms of phone calls and walk in customers.
- Record keeping of all machine data and performance
- Ensure that all PO’s for external suppliers are requested, document and follow up
- Follow-up on all repair work
- Follow-up on all ordered parts
- Responsible for cost management of effective maintenance repairs and extension of components’ life
- Ability to do warranty claims, Raise Acign and make follow ups
- Ensure all machines hours are updated in Epiroc fleetsync on timely basis.
- Ensure supervisors are organising and closing of work orders on time
- Practice and adhere to Mine drug and alcohol free policy
- Adhere to Epiroc Company Rules and regulations
- Computer literate (MS Office)
- Valid driver’s licence
- Knowledge on BPCS and logistics
- Ability to raise Acign, Warranty claims, Intelliquoter
- Basic Leadership Training certified is a plus
- Interpersonal skills to work with customers and suppliers

- Management of backorder report
Educational Qualification: The successful candidate should have a minimum of Grade 12 or Diploma with three or more years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
