 Nelt began its operations in Mozambique in early 2013. In a short time, successful cooperation with key customers such as Game – Wallmart, Spar, Shoprite, Cogef and other well-known retail chains was established. Today, Nelt Mozambique distributes the products of five principals – P&G, Nestle, Reckitt Benckiser, Mars and Ferrero.

The port city of Maputo, with approximately 2 million inhabitants, is the capital of Mozambique and, at the same time, the headquarters of Nelt.



Nelt is hiring a Financia Manager:


Responsabilities

 

  • Oversee and participate in financial planning, budgeting, and reporting
  • Oversee day-to-day coordination of financial activities ensuring cost efficiency
  • Maintain and administer an onsite financial accounting and bookkeeping system, and prepare monthly analysis and reports
  • Develop, monitore and review budgets, monthly financial analysis and budget vs. expense reports
  • Provide guidance, monitoring and support to management team, including procurement for goods and services, logistical support for local and international procurement, contracts development and management and maintenance of office inventory
  • Conduct internal compliance reviews and external audits
  • Ensure compliance with local regulation and legislation
  • Mentor, support, supervise and manage a team in Mozambique
  • Ensure that human resources and administrative procedures are in place and compliant with the local legislation. These include time keeping, tracking of leave, sick days, absence, personnel employment records, and other human resources actions.

Your Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or relevant field
  • Minimum three years of finance and administrative experience, with financial analysis, reporting, cash flow analysis, budget development and forecasting
  • Proficiency in English language
  • Knowledge of Portuguese is an advantage
  • Driving licence
