We are looking to hire a talented HR officer (Portugueses speaking) with minimum 5 years of experience to be based in Plama. Selected candidate must be able to:
- Manage, update and take control all staff visas, work permits & any other immigration issues and ensure timely submission of all relevant documents/passports for renewal.
- Prepare and coordinate staff payroll-related tasks like CIC requests, bank details change and payroll reconciliations of additions and deductions.
- Monitor staff welfare, performance, and any other issues, when needed.
- Liaise with the country management to provide accurate manpower lists.
- Provide life support/PPE & airtime issuance lists to respective departments at the end of each month.
- Any other duties as assigned by the CM and the Group HR team based in Dubai.
