To be accountable for the Treasury Department, focusing on supporting the BSM function in the preparation of internal and regulatory capital and liquidity reports, accomplishing all assurance activities. Support the Treasury Department on economic and market analysis.

LIQUIDITY MANAGEMENT
- Prepare funding and liquidity plans
- Assist the BSM Manager on preparing liquidity risk reports, e.g. LCR, NSFR, ILSM, BA610, etc
- Assist in the consolidation of the FTP process
- Assist in the behaviouralization exercises for liquidity management
- Assist the BSM Manager on stress testing and reverse stress testing
- Assist the BSM Manager on assessing the impacts of liquidity recovery options
- Assist the BSM Manager on assessing the performance of the Benchmark Investment Portfolio
CAPITAL MANAGEMENT
- Prepare capital plans
- Assist the BSM Manager on stress testing and reverse stress testing
- Assist the BSM Manager on assessing impacts of capital recovery options
INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT SUPPORT
- Collect and analyse relevant economic and financial market data
- Manage Treasury’s database and sources of statistical information
ASSURANCE AND CONTROL
- Assist in the preparation and review of Treasury's governance and control processes, including Treasury’s annual CPA refreshes, EUDA’s, BLOR’s, process maps, and others.
PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT
- Actively managing one’s own technical and soft skills development
- Researching, identifying and proposing training solutions to senior management for one’s own development
- Enroll for relevant training courses as required for the Department, including the ACI Dealing Certificate.
