The Precision Recruitment International is hiring a Finance and Administrative Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily financial and administrative management tasks, including periodic travel and on-site supervision;
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of financial systems and procedures for project management and delivery;
  • Provide reports on financial analysis;
  • Responsible for the planning, organising and implementation of procedures for reporting, cash and risk management and tax administration;
  • Work reporting to Director of Finance and Administration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, Economics or other related field (certification or Masters is an advantage);
  • 8+ years of professional experience in financial and operational/strategic management (budgeting, accounting, auditing) for NGOs;
  • Technical accounting knowledge, including familiarity with International Financial Reporting Standards and Accounting Principles;
  • Previous experience in public accounting as a Certified Public Accountant or Bookkeeper;
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English.
