Reporting to the Office Administrator, the key responsibilities and main outputs of the Administrative Assistant role are mainly to assist with a variety of secretarial, clerical and receptionist tasks such as follows;
Receiving & making calls;
Receiving & sending letters;
Maintaining an efficient reception service; greeting clients, taking messages
Receiving and forwarding internal and external customers in compliance with the company's internal proceedures;
Controls the entry and exit of visitors;
Management of Conference room;
Providing personal assistance to the Director;
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars;
Schedule and coordinate staff and other meetings;
Perform other clerical duties such as binding, photocopying, scanning etc;
Management of the digital and physical archive;
Control the stock of office supplies and groceries and purchase office supplies and groceries;
Minimum Qualification:
High School certificate (grade 12), secretarial certificate, with 2 years work experience.
Knowledge and Skills required:
- Fluent in Portuguese and English;
- Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Interpersonal skills;
