We are looking for an Enterprise Marketing Supervisor who will be involved in various projects which drive retail innovation. They will have a meaningful role in supervising the Enterprise Marketing Officer and ensuring that priority projects progress within reasonable lead time. They should be able to clearly identify the critical path for each project and prioritize tasks accordingly. The Enterprise Marketing Supervisor will serve as the intermediary of support groups at the head office, frontline sales team nationwide, and consumers.
Success in this role will require you to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Supervises the Officer (Enterprise Marketing)
- Gathers insight and relevant data to be able to come up with the problem statement which will be addressed by the project
- Facilitates regular meetings with project stakeholders at all levels
- Creates business cases and Project Charters
- Addresses concerns and issues raised by stakeholders and gets their sign off prior to project implementation
- Coordinates with departments needed in the implementation of the project and monitors its progress
- Facilitates roll-out meetings/conferences to frontline teams
- Monitors progress of projects implemented
- Supports the frontline teams post implementation in order to address problems that may arise
- Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Job Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of Business Administration, Economics or Accounting
- At least 2-3 years of experience in Project Management. At least one project fully implemented from planning, execution, and monitoring which involved coordination with multiple stakeholders (whether internal or external)
- Adept in analytical thinking and problem solving
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal, written communication skills which will all be utilized in managing internal and external stakeholders. They are self-motivated, able to adapt in frequent changes in direction and capable of dealing with ambiguity. They have strong planning and prioritization skills. They have strong business acumen, with the ability to understand the bigger picture, and effectively drive initiatives to stakeholders at all levels.
- Above average verbal and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of web-based Google Workspace (formerly, G Suite, and comprises of spreadsheets, documents, and presentations).
- Must be willing to do fieldwork (if necessary for the project).
Expectations From Candidates
Candidates who are invited for HR screening will need to undergo and pass an online exam and/or technical exam, and accomplish HR documents, personality tests, and essay exams before proceeding to the HR interview.
Candidates who pass the HR interview would then need to submit soft copies of their available pre-employment requirements, such as the Transcript of Records, Diploma, and NBI clearance. The complete list will be provided by the recruiter.
In the event candidates are hired, they would be required to submit hard copies of all the pre-employment requirements and pass the medical exam and background check before onboarding.
